Recently we have been successful in securing a number of major projects across London including grade listed, high-end residential and commercial mixed-use projects ranging from £100-250 Million in project values.

As a Senior Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day Design and Construction management of significant elements for one of these projects based in london. You'll lead the way in procurement, installation, and commissioning, ensuring that everything is delivered within budget and on schedule to the satisfaction of our valued clients, users, and the local community.

You Will:

  • Lead day-to-day Design and Construction management and Develop performance measures to report on progress.
  • Represent our company professionally in meetings.
  • Manage design consultants and working drawings production.
  • Oversee trade contractors' performance.
  • Lead risk and opportunity management.
  • Ensure design compliance and add value.
  • Maintain financial control and project profitability.
  • Provide line management and support staff development.
  • Ensure project and company documentation compliance.
  • Maintain comprehensive records and archives.

You will have :

  • Extensive knowledge and experience in delivering in either Residential, Commercial Mixed-Use, or Hotel construction projects in excess of £80 million.
  • A proven track record as a Senior/Project Manager in the building sector.
  • Strong understanding of project programming and sequencing within the Residential/Commercial/Mixed-Use sectors.
  • Demonstrated experience in team leadership during the delivery phase.
  • Minimum HNC level education, professional qualification (MCIOB) preferred.
