Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: $115,000-$150,000- Commensurate with experience

Position Overview
We're seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer – Civil to lead site development and utility infrastructure projects from concept to completion. This role combines technical expertise with project management, offering opportunities to mentor junior engineers, coordinate multidisciplinary efforts, and ensure successful project outcomes.
What You'll Do

Manage all aspects of civil engineering projects—planning, design, permitting, and construction.

Lead collaboration with clients, consultants, and contractors to meet project goals.

Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

Ensure design compliance with all regulatory standards and best practices.

Review design plans, cost estimates, and technical specifications.

Represent LKB in client meetings and professional association events.
What You'll Bring

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (required).

10–15 years of civil design experience (consulting or professional services ).

Professional Engineer (PE) license required.

Proven success in managing large-scale land development and infrastructure projects.

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Proficiency in Civil 3D; familiarity with HydroCAD, HEC-RAS, or SWMM .

Ability to travel up to 10% (occasionally on short notice).
