Job Description
We are seeking motivated construction professionals to support the planning and execution of large-scale commercial construction projects. You will work closely with project managers, field teams, and clients to ensure successful project delivery from preconstruction through closeout.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of large commercial construction projects

Support project managers in tracking schedules, budgets, and resource allocation

Oversee procurement and ensure timely delivery of materials per project specifications

Conduct job site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and enforce safety protocols

Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to meet project goals

Prepare and maintain documentation including RFIs, change orders, meeting notes, and reports

Utilize project management tools (e.g., Procore) to manage deliverables and monitor progress

Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field

3–5 years of experience in construction project engineering or management (commercial project experience )

Proficient in construction software such as Procore, Autodesk, and Microsoft Project

Solid understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites as needed
