A well-backed European energy developer is looking to hire a (Senior) Project Developer to lead the expansion of its battery storage portfolio in Germany.

The Role

• Drive full project development for grid-connected energy storage projects

• Secure permits and manage all local, regional, and environmental planning processes

• Liaise with TSOs/DSOs to secure grid connections and oversee routing and design

• Coordinate with technical consultants to deliver project layouts and feasibility work

• Build relationships with authorities, landowners, and communities to gain support

• Ensure a smooth handover to procurement, construction, and financing teams

✅About You

• Minimum 5 years experience in renewable project development

• Track record of delivering projects through planning to execution

• Fluent in

  German and English; comfortable with some regional travel
