Validate & Review – Scrutinise Primavera P6 schedules from contractors and consultants

Turn Data Into Decisions – Analyse key metrics from planning and cost teams

End-to-End Project Support – From pre-contract strategy to post-contract delivery

⚠️ Risk-Ready Insight – Provide critical data to support risk mitigation

Monitor Change – Track programme shifts and assess their impact

Engage & Influence – Work with stakeholders to drive alignment and success

What You Bring:

✔ Proven track record in Project Controls on complex infrastructure or construction programmes

✔ Expert-level skills in Primavera P6

✔ Strong grasp of WBS, CBS, earned value, and data-driven reporting

✔ A confident communicator with stakeholder management finesse
