Our client is a PE-backed GovCon in search for a Senior Project Control & Contracts Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with PMs, Finance and Contracts teams for project reporting, compliance and execution.

This is a direct hire opportunity, based on a hybrid schedule in Northern VA.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage project budgets, funding, and actuals

• Track labor and revenue across multiple government programs

• Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and variance analysis

• Support monthly program reviews and financial deliverables

• Support contract and subcontract administration, including modifications and closeouts

• Assist in reviewing and tracking contract documentation

• Collaborate with Contracts Manager on compliance and reporting

• Help maintain contract records and ensure audit readiness
