Senior Project Architect – Birmingham

Working alongside a talented architectural team and supporting a thriving interior design department, you’ll help shape standout projects within the fast-evolving Leisure sector — from state-of-the-art fit outs to ambitious new builds.
Key Responsibilities for this Senior Project Architect role:
Take the lead on the design and delivery of supported living and care accommodation projects nationwide
Partner closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to bring visions to life while ensuring compliance and excellence
Juggle multiple high-profile projects, never compromising on creativity or detail
Inspire, mentor, and guide junior architects, fostering growth and innovation across the practice
Ensure all projects meet planning requirements, building regulations, and specialist industry standardsRequirements for this Senior Project Architect role:
ARB registered, with at least 5 years’ post-qualification experience
A proven track record in the Leisure sector, or in leading multi-disciplinary teams
In-depth knowledge of UK building regulations and inclusive design practices
A natural leader with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
