Neany Inc., headquartered in California, Maryland is currently looking to hire Senior Program /Project Analyst to support the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense (OUSD) / Prototypes & Experiments (P&E) at their Mark Center, Pentagon and/or Crystal City (Arlington, VA) locations. This position requires an active Top Secret clearance. Neany Inc. offers excellent pay for this position ranging from $75,000.00 – $145,000.00. Our benefits package includes, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K after the first six months and tuition assistance. Relocation assistance can be discussed.

·                     Job Summary:

The Senior Program/Project Analyst will support the Program/Project Manager in organizing, managing, and planning complex projects for the organizations research, development, and product implementation efforts.

·                     Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • May oversees a team of analysts to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications.
  • May delegate work and assignments to team members based on expertise, work experience, and time constraints.

·                     Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Support an interdepartmental team to complete an assigned project on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provides support in outlining the tasks involved in projects and may delegate accordingly.
  • Conducts cost analysis, estimating expected costs for the project.
  • Supports in the preparation organizational budgets based on estimates.
  • Conducts risk assessments; reports identified risks to management; provides recommendations for mitigation of risk (including termination of the project if appropriate).
  • Addresses questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project.
  • Acts as a liaison between company, customers, and vendors.
  • Communicates and collaborates with sales and marketing teams to provide training and information required to promote and sell new projects, programs, and systems.
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn about the project or product being developed.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

·                     Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field is highly desirable.
  • At least 10 years of related experience required.
  • Prior Military experience highly desirable.
  • PMP, PgMP, CAPM, and/or comparable project management certifications highly desirable.

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
