About the Role

\n

We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead enterprise-wide initiatives supporting executive performance management, KPI governance, and cross-functional business operations for a leading utility organization. This hybrid role requires strong program management expertise, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to drive executive-level reporting and operational excellence across multiple business functions.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing enterprise programs, facilitating executive operating reviews, developing standardized business processes, and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

\n

  • Lead planning, coordination, and execution of enterprise operating reviews (weekly, monthly, and quarterly).
  • \n

  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Operations, Strategy, Planning, Data, and Business teams.
  • \n

  • Support enterprise KPI governance, including metric definitions, methodologies, reporting standards, and performance tracking.
  • \n

  • Coordinate annual target-setting activities aligned with executive business objectives.
  • \n

  • Manage project timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables across multiple stakeholders.
  • \n

  • Prepare executive-level scorecards, dashboards, presentations, and performance summaries.
  • \n

  • Review and validate executive reporting to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality.
  • \n

  • Facilitate meetings with business leaders to resolve reporting issues, data gaps, and performance variances.
  • \n

  • Apply structured problem-solving techniques to identify business challenges and recommend process improvements.
  • \n

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean or Standard Work methodologies.
  • \n

  • Ensure reporting follows enterprise governance standards and delivers a consistent executive message.
  • \n

  • Escalate project risks and remove roadblocks to ensure successful delivery.
  • \n

Required Qualifications

\n

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree ).
  • \n

  • 6+ years of experience in:

  • \n

  • Experience managing cross-functional enterprise initiatives.
  • \n

  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • \n

  • Experience creating executive presentations, scorecards, and performance reports.

  • Ability to translate complex business data into actionable insights.
  • \n

  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • \n

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting executive operating reviews.
  • \n

  • Experience with KPI governance and enterprise performance reporting.
  • \n

  • Familiarity with Lean methodologies or Standard Work development.
  • \n

  • PMP or CAPM Certification .
  • \n

  • Experience working within large enterprise or utility organizations is a plus.

Work Arrangement

  • Onsite in San Ramon, CA once per month, with additional onsite visits (up to once per week) based on business needs.

  • Approximately 10% travel within the service territory.
  • \n
