Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSenior Program Manager – Infrastructure Transformation (NOC Build)
Location: Remote (US-based)
Duration: 3 Months (Option to Extend)
Customer Environment: Large-scale Infrastructure Transformation, Organizational Realignment, and NOC Build-Out Initiative
Overview We’re seeking a strategic yet execution-driven Senior Program Manager to partner directly with senior technology leaders in driving the design and rollout of a Network Operations Center (NOC) transformation. This individual will serve as a critical thought partner — helping translate complex ideas into actionable plans, build alignment across disparate groups, and ensure clarity and accountability across each sprint cycle.
The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist, diplomat, and driver — comfortable operating in sensitive environments such as M&A, divestitures, or large-scale organizational change.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership

  • Act as a partner to senior stakeholders in shaping the NOC strategy and execution roadmap.
  • Translate loosely defined business and technical concepts into structured, actionable next steps.
  • Identify dependencies, risks, and opportunities early, enabling proactive course correction.

Operational Excellence

  • Establish cadence for sprint and Kanban activities, bridging WWT’s sprint model with the customer’s Kanban workflow.
  • Maintain transparent documentation of decisions, next steps, and deliverables for leadership review.
  • Ensure momentum across sprints by facilitating working sessions, capturing outputs, and holding teams accountable.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build strong cross-functional bridges among partially aligned or siloed organizations.
  • Engage diverse audiences through clear communication and tailored storytelling — connecting technical detail to business context.
  • Demonstrate diplomacy in surfacing blockers - working through them when needed - always with professionalism and solution .
