Senior Procurement Manager - HR

We’re seeking a Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist to lead category strategies for Human Resources (HR) and Compensation & Benefits (C&B) procurement, with a special focus on our Solstice Advanced Materials organization—an innovator in sustainable industrial materials.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead global category management for HR and C&B procurement, including supplier mapping, contract management, and communications
• Develop and execute category strategies using spend analysis, benchmarking, market trends, and cost modeling
• Partner with stakeholders to align sourcing objectives and support M&A activities
• Identify and negotiate with strategic suppliers; establish supplier lists and competitive rate cards
• Manage sourcing processes including RFx, e-auctions, negotiations, and contract execution
• Monitor supplier performance using KPIs (savings, payment terms, service levels)
• Ensure supplier continuity through risk assessments and mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with CST and Global Sourcing teams to support operational needs and transitions
Must Have
• 5+ years of strategic sourcing experience, including 1–2 years in indirect procurement at a multinational company
• Strong knowledge of procurement best practices (category management, RFX, reverse auctions, contracting)
• Proven negotiation skills and experience drafting contract terms
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Technology, or Finance
We Value
• Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA)
• Certifications in Project Management, Supply Chain, Procurement, or Contract Management
• Experience with SAP, e-sourcing platforms, and project management tools
• Familiarity with Six Sigma and Lean methodologies
• Strong business and financial acumen
