Key responsibilities

- Develop and optimise Photo Imageable Dielectric (PID) processes — coating, exposure, development and patterning — for fine-line circuitry, multi-layer build-up and photo-vias.
- Drive multi-layer organic substrate / RDL process development (fine L/S, microvias, interposers).
