Senior Process Engineer

We’re working with a major life‐science manufacturer seeking a Senior Process Engineer to support tech transfer, validation, and process optimization at their Rancho Dominguez site.

Duties:

• Lead tech transfer, process validation, and process improvement projects
• Support manufacturing equipment and process transfers to external partners
• Execute process, material, and equipment qualifications
• Develop and maintain engineering documentation (URS, protocols, reports, change controls)
• Drive standardization, documentation harmonization, and continuous improvement
• Serve as SME for filtration and bioprocessing systems

Requirements

· Bachelor’s in engineering

· 7–10 years in medical devices, bioprocessing, or similar regulated manufacturing

· Strong experience in process validation, equipment qualification, and tech transfer

· Familiarity with GMP, ISO 9001/13485 environments

· Hands‐on experience with filtration systems (Hollow Fiber, Flat Sheet)

· Proficiency in SolidWorks/CAD and data analysis tools

· 100% onsite in Rancho Dominguez, CA

· Contract role, 40 hrs/week

Salary - $135k-$215k DOE
