Empowering people, creating technology.Responsibilities:Continuous improvement and cost savings of AS processEngineering changes related to the product and related changes related to the processValue stream analysis and continuous improvementImprove and update processes, PFMEA, standard working hours,Improve OEE related to process to the target.Improve the scrap rate to meet the KPI target.Qualifications:Bachelor degree / Major in mechanical.Experience of assembly above 5 years.Deep understanding of FMEA/QC/POKAYOKEFluent English speaking and writing.Cross function cooperation ability.
