Are you fed up with number crunching and churning out the detail?\n\nHere you'll manage design output and deal with clients.\n\nA move away from the calculations and a focus on project delivery.\n\nIs your career developing as you'd like?\n\nWith this firm you can build on your leadership skills.\n\nYou will be managing sub-consultants to ensure client satisfaction.\n\nThere is a clear path to Associate Director\n\nWant more flexibility in your working pattern ?\n\nTuesdays and Thursdays are office days. Work where you want on the other three days.\n\nWhat you'll be doing?\n\n * Producing conceptual design schemes and agreeing client brief\n\n * Managing and reviewing sub-consultants designs\n\n * Regular design team meetings with clients and other stakeholders\n\nWhat projects will I work on?\n\n * Variety of work including commercial, residential, industrial and leisure schemes\n\n * Masterplanning schemes including regeneration of urban areas\n\nWhat you'll need to have:\n\n * Confidence in meetings to understand the brief and programme the work\n\n * Good management skills\n\n * At least 8 years experience as a building services design engineer\n\nIf this sounds good get in touch - don't worry if your CV is not up to date we can cross that bridge later
