This role offers a unique opportunity to lead enterprise AI initiatives by designing, implementing, and scaling advanced AI and ML solutions for large organizations. The Senior Principal AI Solutions Architect will partner closely with executives, technical teams, and stakeholders to translate complex AI concepts into actionable business solutions. You will play a pivotal role in pre-sales strategy, enterprise architecture design, proof-of-concept deployment, and thought leadership, ensuring successful adoption of AI technologies. The role demands a blend of deep technical expertise, business acumen, and excellent communication skills in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates thrive on solving real-world problems, influencing product roadmaps, and enabling organizations to realize measurable impact through AI.
Accountabilities
In this role, you will:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executives and technical leaders, articulating AI technology vision and adoption roadmaps.
- Design enterprise AI solution architectures for cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), on-premises, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments.
- Lead pre-sales efforts including discovery, solution design, proof-of-concept execution, and enterprise deployment guidance.
- Demonstrate deployment best practices, including containerization, Kubernetes orchestration, CI/CD integration, MLOps pipelines, and governance/security frameworks.
- Deliver demos, workshops, and executive briefings on AI platforms, tools, and solutions.
- Collaborate with product teams to provide feedback and influence the AI platform roadmap.
- Develop reference architectures, solution accelerators, technical blueprints, blogs, webinars, and conference presentations to drive thought leadership.
- Support pipeline-building initiatives through customer engagements, strategic partner interactions, and industry events.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in technology architecture with a track record of scaling enterprise applications and data-intensive workloads.
- 3+ years of customer-facing cloud deployment experience (AWS, Azure, GCP) with deep knowledge of Kubernetes, containerization, CI/CD, and cloud- architectures.
- Proven ability to design enterprise AI/ML deployments including MLOps, security, compliance, high availability, monitoring, and governance frameworks.
- Experience producing technical architecture diagrams, solution designs, and deployment strategies for diverse enterprise environments.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, capable of engaging engineers and C-level executives.
- Experience in consultative selling and pre-sales solutioning is highly .
- Comfortable working independently, managing multiple strategic accounts, and traveling up to 50%.
- Familiarity with enterprise AI platforms, H2O.ai products, or similar solutions is a plus.
- Bonus: Expertise in GenAI Ops, MLOps, DevOps, production-grade AI deployment patterns, and data security/compliance (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOC2).
