Senior PPA Origination Manager (m/f/d) – Renewable Energy
Permanent | Full-time | Hybrid working model (up to 50% remote)

As Senior PPA Origination Manager, you will play a key role in structuring and negotiating long-term Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), ensuring projects are commercially viable, and fostering strong relationships with industrial and corporate partners.
Your Responsibilities
- Structure and negotiate long-term PPAs for individual projects and portfolios across Europe
- Prepare and coordinate PPA tender processes and manage responses to external PPA requests
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Investment, Project Finance, Legal, and Risk Management to ensure financial feasibility and alignment with business strategy
- Present negotiation results and commercial insights to internal stakeholders to support decision-making
- Monitor electricity market developments, analyse long-term price trends, and build partnerships with potential offtakers
Your Profile
- Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
- At least 3 years of professional experience in energy trading, sales, or procurement — ideally within the renewable energy sector
- Proven ability to structure and negotiate complex commercial agreements such as PPAs
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a deep understanding of European electricity markets and regulatory environments
- Excellent communication skills in English; other European (e.g. German, Spanish, Italian) are an advantage
- A team-oriented mindset with flexibility, motivation, and a commitment to quality
