Position Details
For this U.S.-based position, the expected compensation range is
$96,000-$144,000
per year, including base pay and short-term incentives. Compensation varies based on experience, skills, and performance. Responsibilities
Provide technical consultation to customers and develop trusted advisor relationships.
Maintain technical and commercial competency for relevant offers.
Develop proposals and draft technical reports.
Train and mentor team members.
Lead troubleshooting activities to resolve system issues.
Collaborate with management on professional development plans.
Protection Controls and Automation Activities
Develop expertise with Schneider PCA offers.
Read and modify electrical diagrams and schematics.
Create and modify PLC and HMI programs for ATO applications.
Develop and modify sequence of operations procedures.
Implement solutions for power system issues.
Participate in the PCA Community of Practice.
Qualifications include BSEE or MSEE, 5 years' experience, and proficiency with relays, PLCs, and HMI systems.
Desire to grow professionally and a passion for customer service.
Qualifications
Experience with switchgear power automation
ATO programming and protective relay programming.
Exposure to electrical maintenance, testing, and power system studies.
Knowledge of generator controls.
Ability to interpret engineering documents and standards.
Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus.
