This is a brilliant opportunity to join a regionally-focused construction business known for high-quality refurbishment and new build projects across the education, healthcare, residential, and commercial sectors, with project values up to £10 million.



As a Senior Planner, you’ll be a key figure in the project lifecycle, shaping programmes from pre-construction through to handover. Working closely with bid teams, design managers, and site teams, you’ll be building and managing robust construction programmes for two-stage design and build schemes. Your practical experience on-site gives you an edge, and you’re confident using Asta Powerproject to produce logical, achievable timelines that keep everything on track.



In this Senior Planner role, you’ll bring clarity and structure from day one, playing a crucial part in securing and delivering successful tenders. You'll have input into planning strategy, methodology, and risk, and will be instrumental in embedding planning best practice across the business. SketchUp knowledge is a plus, but what really matters is your ability to collaborate, problem-solve and influence.
