Job Description

Senior Planner (Town Planning) – London – Residential, Commercial, Industrial & Retail.

Would you like to work for an established planning consultancy in Central London that can provide exposure to clients that are seen as the best in class as well as the chance to be part of a social and collaborative team?

I am working with an independent consultancy that is looking to grow one of their internal teams with the addition of a Senior Planner. In this capacity, you will have access to a high-profile client-base across a multitude of sectors including residential, commercial, industrial, mixed-use and retail.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing a variety of planning applications;
• Report writing;
• Leading on project client meetings;
• Supporting junior members of the team;
• Managing client relationships;
• Contributing to business development;
• Preparing fee proposals and tenders.

Ideally, you will be a chartered member of the RTPI and have experience supporting and/or managing medium and large-scale developments across the UK.
