Job Description

Movement Search & Delivery www.movementsearch.com is working with a global, diversified industrial client that is expanding its North American presence in the energy storage sector. They have a brownfield facility located north of Houston, seeking their first Operations Leader, who will be responsible for the CAPEX build-out, staffing, and leadership of the facility. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for building a high-performing team with a focus on continuous improvement, operational excellence, and lean systems. This is build to order/build to forecast assembly environment.

REQUIRED

• Greenfield or Brownfield experience
• Assembly/Manufacturing
• CAPEX Project Experience
• Data-driven decision-making
• P&L, Budgeting and cost control
• Quantifiable experience building and managing a team
