Senior Operations Manager



£50,000 – £60,000 per annum plus benefits

What You’ll Do:



Take full ownership of day-to-day operations, efficiency, quality & growth.



Lead, inspire, and develop production, logistics, and operations teams.



Implement systems and processes that make the business more efficient, scalable, and future-ready.



Work closely with senior leadership to deliver strategic initiatives and ambitious targets.



Monitor performance, drive continuous improvement, and make a real difference across the business.



What We’re Looking For:



Experienced operations or general management professional



Strong knowledge of windows, doors, or building product supply chains is a real advantage.



Exceptional leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.



Hands-on, proactive approach with a focus on operational excellence.
