Senior Operations Associate - Commodities

Large Multi Strategy Hedge fund is building out their commodity trading strategy and looking for a Senior Operations Associate to support PM’s trading in domestic and global commodity markets.

The right candidate will have very strong experience in middle office operations and trade support for commodities and be responsible for day-to-day support of commodities trading and operational processes to ensure front-to-back support of the trade life-cycle management. Ability to participate in process improvements and project initiatives to deliver firm initiatives and strategies that are scalable and efficient. Must have experience working with trading desks, PMs, risk, compliance, financing, technology, and other internal teams on position, trade, or valuation inquiries, while also seeking to find solutions that are scalable. Experience working in a multi-strategy, multi-PM complex fund structure is preferred.  Advanced Excel with VBA is a plus.
