Operations Analyst – Boutique Hedge Fund

London

YOU WILL ONLY BE CONSIDERED IF YOU HAVE:

• Good degree
• OTC & Derivatives experience
• Previous Hedge Fund experience.

We’re a boutique hedge fund seeking a proactive Operations Analyst with 2–3 years’ experience in financial services to join our collaborative operations team. If you enjoy problem-solving, have strong Excel skills (VBA/SQL a plus), and understand listed and OTC derivatives, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll do

• Manage end-to-end trade lifecycle for listed and OTC derivatives
• Perform trade capture, settlement, valuation, reconciliation, and risk management
• Liaise with front office, investor relations, compliance, and external counterparties
• Create reconciliation reports and ensure accurate regulatory compliance
• Drive process improvements across the team

What we’re looking for

• Experience in hedge fund or asset management operations (2–3 years)
• Advanced Excel skills; VBA/SQL desirable
• Knowledge of listed and OTC derivatives and portfolio management systems
• Strong analytical skills, detail , and clear communication
