Job Description

An established tech provider is growing its service team and looking for an experienced Network Engineer who loves solving complex challenges, supporting customers, and working across modern multi‑vendor environments.

If you enjoy autonomy, variety, and being the go‑to technical expert, this one’s worth a look.

Key responsibilities include:

• Troubleshooting and resolving complex network issues
• Leading 3rd‑line support escalations and guiding engineers through technical challenges
• Managing patching, upgrades, and deployments with minimal customer disruption
• Creating clear documentation and contributing to continuous service improvement

What We’re Looking For

• 3 years’ experience in network engineering
• Strong hands‑on knowledge of Meraki, Cisco, and Fortinet technologies
• Solid understanding of core protocols
• It would be advantageous for any applicant to have professional certifications

The role is hybrid with a generous ratio of home to office working. The client is not in a position to sponsor any visas or support fully remote working.
