Senior Network Engineering MSP/TSP

Technical Skills Required

• Microsoft Active Directory
• Microsoft Hyper-V Administration
• Cloud based Solutions: AWS, AZURE, Office 365, VMWare, Unitrends
• Install, configure and maintain virtual servers utilizing Hyper-V Clustered
• Assist in maintaining server images and configuring Windows servers as required
• Manage and balance virtual machine resources across host in the cluster
• Management Tools: ConnectWise, ConnectWise RMM
• Troubleshoot and resolve various IT issues present by customers 
• 5 + Years experience

Security Skill

• PCI/HIPAA Best Practices
• Threat Remediation
• Scanning and reporting tools

Network Administration

• Ability to create new network design and ability to assess the network requirements and suggest recommendations based on the requirements of the project
• Configure switches, routers and any necessary software for management purposes when needed.
• Analyze traffic behaviors to great extent, find issues and resolve
• Understanding of Routing protocols such as RIP, OSPF and BGP
• VLAN Administration and optimization
• Cisco and HP switch knowledge
• Cisco, Sonicwall firewall experience
• Virtual and Client level backup solutions
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and GPO
• DNS, DHCP configuration and management
• Office 365 Administration 
• Azure Active Directory
• SQL Server, Database and Query Knowledge
• Microsoft Exchange Cloud knowledge

• 5 + years in the industry

Business Skill: Interface with the CEO to develop and execute a vision for the company to provide superior service to its customers. Directing and mentoring the engineers. Overseeing and implementing best practices both internally and to the customer.
