Senior MEP Engineer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1- Oversee the production of design deliverables including engineering models calculations drawings

designs and specifications

2- Monitor review and drive critical project activities to ensure safe completion of engineering tasks

3- Organize and coordinate assignments within agreed budget and schedule

4- Prepare technical specifications scope of works and associated project documentation

5- Provide technical support to site installation and commissioning teams

6- Attend client meetings and technical discussions

QUALIFICATIONS

7- Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

8- 10 years of MEP experience in construction/projects

9- Strong knowledge of HVAC electrical plumbing and fire protection systems

10- Experience managing large-scale commercial residential or infrastructure projects

11- Leadership and team management skills

12- Knowledge of project planning budgeting QA/QC and site coordination

13- Familiarity with local codes safety regulations and authority approvals

14- Proficiency in software like AutoCAD Revit Primavera P6 or MS Project

15- Good communication and stakeholder management skills

16- Professional certifications (Engineering licenses) are an advantage
