Senior Meeting Planner
Job Description
This role will be instrumental in producing quality events for RE/MAX affiliates and HQ staff and provide direction and support for meeting planners on the team. This position will focus on on-site supervision and facilitation of all events and conventions and conferences. Additionally, this role will participate in on-site visits to future program sites to review the space and its ability to handle events.
Essential Functions:
· Plans, markets, directs, and executes RE/MAX, LLC. Meetings, events, conventions and conferences.
· Coordinates meeting logistics, negotiates contracts, print material signage andfood and beverage planning.
· Coordinates budget planning, cost projections and reconciliation of all invoices
· Must be able to execute within deadlines and budgets
· Ability to work independently and support collectively on a team
· Travel required, approximately 25%
· Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
· Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent experience
· Years of Experience: 4-7 Years
· Years of Management: No experience Needed
Licensing, Certifications and Skills:
· Experience planning corporate-level meetings and events or similar hospitality experiences
· Certified Meeting Professional designation a plus
· CVENT registration software 2-4 years required
· Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and Outlook

Hire Range/Rate:
$74,000 - $85,000
Actual compensation offered to candidate will be finalized at offer and may be above or below the posted range due to skill level, experience, industry specific knowledge, education/certifications, or geographic location. The offer rate represents one component of the RE/MAX Holdings total compensation package. Employees will also receive a number of benefits as listed below. Other compensation for this position may include bonus eligibility.
