About the Role:
You’ll work directly on the assembly and integration of the production boats, with a strong focus on mechanical builds. We’re seeking candidates with a background in automotive, EV, aerospace, or marine assembly, ideally the kind of talent a Tesla or Lucid would hire—but who are excited to join a startup pushing boundaries in maritime design.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble mechanical components, foils, propulsion systems, and more

• Follow SOPs to ensure tight tolerances and build safety

• Assist in tightening, sealing, and securing high-voltage compartments

• Collaborate with engineering to improve and scale production

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-first environment
   

Qualifications:

• 4+ years in mechanical tech roles (EV, automotive, marine, or aerospace)

• Strong familiarity with tools, torque specs, and assembly processes

• Comfortable reading blueprints/schematics and following precise work instructions

• Experience in startups, pilot production lines, or prototype builds is a plus

• Marine/boat experience is a huge bonus
