Senior Mechanical Technical Services Manager\n\nCanary Wharf, London - Data Centre\n£90,000 - £95,000 + £5K Travel + Bonus + Private Medical\n\nSenior Mechanical Technical Services Manager required for a major £130M M&E Data Centre project in Canary Wharf.\n\nJoining an established M&E contractor with a strong presence across Data Centre and critical infrastructure projects, this role offers long-term project pipeline and involvement on one of London’s major live developments.\n\nThis is a senior Mechanical Building Services role overseeing the full project lifecycle across pre-construction, design coordination, installation, commissioning and handover.\n\nMechanical scope includes:\n\n * HVAC\n\n * Chillers\n\n * Packaged plantrooms\n\n * Pipework & plumbing\n\n * Cooling systems\n\n * Water infrastructure\n\nThe role is focused on driving programme, coordination and delivery across the mechanical package while managing subcontractors and ensuring smooth project delivery through all phases.\n\nResponsibilities include:\n\n * Managing mechanical delivery from design through to handover\n\n * Leading MEP and technical coordination meetings\n\n * Driving programme and installation progress\n\n * Overseeing commissioning and quality\n\n * Managing subcontractor performance and coordination\n\nWhat they’re looking for:\n\n * Strong Mechanical Building Services background\n\n * Data Centre or critical environment experience\n\n * Experience delivering projects through full lifecycle\n\n * Strong technical understanding of HVAC/mechanical systems\n\n * Confident leading meetings and driving delivery teams\n\nOpen to experienced Senior TSMs, Mechanical Project Managers or Senior Building Services Managers looking to step into a high-profile Data Centre project.\n\nPackage:\n\n * £90,000 - £95,000 Salary\n\n * £5,000 Travel Allowance\n\n * Annual Bonus\n\n * Private Medical\n\n * 5% Pension\n\nApply with your CV or contact us for a confidential discussion
