Job Description

Our Client, a rapidly growing Mechanical Contractor, searching for an experienced Senior Mechanical Project Manager to step into a live, high-value project in Central London.\nThis is a high-profile build with plenty of complexity and visibility. You’ll be taking the reins on a major mechanical package, leading delivery through the remaining 7 months of Phase 1, with Phases 2 and 3 set to run for another 24 months.\nKey Responsibilities\n * Proactive management of Health & Safety\n * Planning, managing, executing and controlling projects\n * Sole responsibility for budget, programme, quality, supplier and subcontractor management\n * Participate in bid/tender processes\n * Develop and maintain effective working relationships with clients\n * Full man management responsibilities\nRequirements\n * Educated to HNC/HND/Degree level in Mechanical discipline.\n * Demonstrate experience working as a Contracts Manager, Project Manager, Senior Project Manager or currently working as a Project Manager from within the building services industry is essential. Working within Public Sector Contracts would be an advantage.\n * Relevant Health and Safety qualifications such as a SMSTS/ISOH/NEBOSH\n * Experience of delivering projects as the Mechanical Contractor\n * Excellent working knowledge of all MS office applications\n * To have successful experience in dealing directly with Clients and the public\n * To work on his/her own initiative\nThe role is due to start ASAP so if you're keen to apply then please do so TODAY
