We are hiring a Senior Mechanical Engineer (PE) to step into a leadership-track role at a fast-growing engineering firm focused on healthcare facility design. This is an onsite, hands-on position with a clear path to become a future equity partner.

What You’ll Do

• Lead Mechanical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection design for healthcare projects (Hospitals, ASC, Outpatient)
• Own projects from concept through delivery — design, specs, coordination, QA/QC
• Work directly with architects, PMs, and principals
• Mentor junior engineers and help shape standards and best practices
• Drive technical decisions and support a fast-growth environment

Must-Have Experience

• PE license
• 6–20 years of mechanical engineering experience
• Extensive healthcare experience — multiple ASC/hospital projects in last 2 years
• Proven leadership in MEP design (Mechanical focus)

Nice to Have

• 10+ years professional experience
• Revit leadership or standards development
• Lab/medical facilities experience
• Ability to develop specifications
