Basic Qualifications

7+ years of mechanical engineering experience in the AEC industry

Demonstrated expertise in HVAC system design and building mechanical systems

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

Proficiency with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and relevant mechanical design software

Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work on-site full time in Miami, FL
Qualifications

PE (Professional Engineer) license or progress toward licensure

Key Responsibilities

Lead mechanical design for aviation, healthcare, educational, and commercial buildings

Collaborate with internal project teams including engineers, project managers, and directors

Produce high-quality CAD drawings and system layouts for HVAC and mechanical systems

Ensure technical accuracy and code compliance in all engineering deliverables

Contribute to R&D initiatives and adopt cutting-edge sustainable design techniques

Provide mentorship or technical oversight to junior team members as needed
