Job Title: Senior Mechanical Engineer - up to Associate Director level

Location: London (Hybrid - 3 days WFH)

Our client, a respected building services consultancy based in central London, is looking for a talented individual to join their growing team - with the flexibility to work from home three days a week.

With a strong pipeline of work and ambitious growth plans, they're looking for someone who is technically strong, people-focused, and eager to keep learning.



What you'll be doing:

* Leading the mechanical design on projects from concept to delivery.

* Mentoring junior engineers and contributing to a positive team culture.

* Liaising directly with clients, architects, and project teams.

* Taking an active role in shaping the business as it grows - particularly at Associate level.



What they're looking for:

* Strong experience in building services mechanical design (preferably within the UK).

* Exposure to residential and/or hospitality projects.

* A proactive communicator who enjoys working with clients and colleagues alike.

* Someone who is always looking to improve - technically and professionally.

* CEng or working toward chartership is a plus.
