Our client is looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join their dynamic and growing organisation based in Kent. What You'll Do:



Lead mechanical design and development of bespoke systems and components

Oversee full project lifecycle from concept through to delivery

Mentor and support junior engineers, promoting best practices

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, electrical, manufacturing)

Conduct feasibility studies, stress analysis, FEA, and design reviews

Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulationsAbout You:



Degree-qualified in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)

5+ years of experience in mechanical design and engineering

Strong proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, Inventor, etc.)

Knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and tolerancing

Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
