Senior Mechanical Design Engineer\n\nHybrid\n\nHigher Education & Lab Projects\n\nMulti-sector Consultancy\n\nWe are working with a small, well-established building services consultancy based in the city centre, known for delivering high-quality design work across a variety of sectors.\n\nThey are now looking for a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer (ideally Chartered – CEng, MCIBSE or IMechE) with around 8+ years’ experience, to join their close-knit team.\n\nWhat you will need:\n\n * Proven mechanical design experience within the built environment\n\n * Essential: Experience in higher education and laboratory environments (research, pharma, industrial – not classroom)\n\n * Advantageous: Exposure to nuclear or cleanroom environments\n\n * Ability to take ownership of projects and work collaboratively with a small team\n\nThis is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys technically challenging projects and wants to play a key role in a highly experienced, compact consultancy
