Role requirements:



Applicants must have a solid background in house building or the construction industry.

Experience in procurement, scheduling and take-offs.

Ability to understand architectural drawings.

Competence in quantifying a range of materials.

Procuring materials for traditional build and timber frame,

Manage material budgets and allocate efficiently to projects.

Full understanding of detailed procurement schedules and working to timescales.The opportunity would be ideal for a Buyer looking to take a step up into a Senior Buyer level or a Senior Buyer looking for a move to enhance their current situation.
