Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven, highly analytical Senior Marketing & Intake Operations Manager to take full ownership of our digital marketing strategy and intake performance. You will oversee PPC strategy, vendor management, campaign tracking, and supervise internal and offshore support teams. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of personal injury law firm marketing, a proven track record in scaling client acquisition through paid ads, and the leadership skills to manage both people and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and Manage Vendors with PPC & Digital Ad Strategy (Primary Focus)

Design and manage end-to-end PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)

Identify, test, and optimize campaigns for ROI; scale top performers

Manage multiple third-party PPC vendors simultaneously

Evaluate and optimize client acquisition cost (CAC) per channel weekly

Monitor keyword strategy, landing page performance, A/B testing, and call tracking
Lead Vendor Oversight

Onboard, supervise, and evaluate lead vendors

Track daily and weekly vendor performance in detailed spreadsheets

Pause or adjust vendor budgets in real-time based on CAC and lead quality
VA & Support Staff Management

Supervise a team of VAs including SEO writers, news posters, and intake QA specialists

Use VAs to monitor every lead call and track conversion performance

Provide clear direction, SOPs, and training to maximize VA effectiveness
Marketing Operations & Content

Oversee content creation and SEO using AI-assisted tools

Ensure consistent social media and local news-style content production

Maintain brand presence across channels without requiring personal video appearances
Intake & CRM Oversight

Integrate marketing outcomes with intake department workflows

Optimize intake speed, call scripts, and conversion

Provide weekly reporting on signed cases, dropped leads, and staff performance
Qualifications:

5+ years in law firm or agency-side digital marketing, preferably PI law
-
Deep expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, PPC analytics, and SEO

Experience managing $100k+/month ad spend and third-party vendors

Strong understanding of intake and client conversion tracking

Familiar with CRMs, call tracking tools, and spreadsheet dashboards

Fluent in Spanish marketing (a major plus)

Experience managing offshore teams (Philippines, LATAM, etc.)
