Experienced Marine / P&I Producer with a strong network of clients? You feel ready for a new challenge, but a pure lateral move just doesn't make sense. The same goes financially.

You want to move forward, get more involved in leadership, be able to execute growth strategies and have a genuine impact on the development of a broker.

A fiercely independent, Marine Lloyd's Broker in London have a rare opportunity to join the team, initially as a Senior P&I Broker, with progression to become the Head of P&I as this business goes through a phase of succession planning.

What do you have to offer?

• You're a P&I expert, serving exclusively to this market or it's an area you have covered as part of your service to a wider portfolio of marine business. Fundamentally, it's a market you thoroughly enjoy operating within and wish to specialise.
• You have already built up a solid portfolio of international wholesale business and have operated in a production role for a number of years now. Stepping into this position, you will capatilise on the growth from an existing portfolio of global P&I business, driving new business and identifying new revenue streams.
• Joining as a Senior Marine P&I Broker, you will have full access to the senior leadership team from day 1, be able to bring ideas and strategies to grow the business, all whilst you're getting ready to step into the leadership seat over time (The individual in place right now is soon to be retiring)

The company?

• All areas and lines of business are growing substantially, with the hardening market assisting this. However, with significant growth plans in the US, it is anticipated that opportunities and revenue will increase more sharply from hereon in.
• This Lloyd's Broker's MGU business is also achieving growth and, having recently gained regulatory approval, is well positioned to be a considerable force in the business
