Job DescriptionJob Description What a great day looks like

You start your morning on the production floor, checking product stability and reviewing the latest SPC trends. Before lunch, you meet with the Quality Manager to align on plant-wide goals, then huddle with the Gage Technician to verify calibration status. The afternoon brings a deep dive into a process validation protocol, an incoming components audit, and drafting a corrective action that eliminates a newly discovered root cause. You wrap the day preparing graphs and reports for the monthly Quality Meeting and updating traceability documentation.

What you'll do

  • Own and implement plant-level Quality System activities in partnership with the Quality Manager.
  • Develop and execute product stability and process validation protocols.
  • Design quality control testing that elevates product performance and manufacturability.
  • Track and improve efficiency through data-driven analysis and SPC.
  • Inspect incoming component materials and disposition nonconformances.
  • Issue and drive corrective actions to closure, targeting true root causes.
  • Lead monthly Quality Meetings using visual dashboards, graphs, and reports to verify system effectiveness and spark continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with the Gage Technician to ensure timely, standards-compliant equipment calibration.
  • Maintain secure, complete quality records, with clear identification and traceability.

What you'll bring

  • 8–10 years of related Quality/Manufacturing experience, including at least 5 years in the automotive sector.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English with strong communication skills.
  • Broad hands-on familiarity with production equipment, tools, materials, and processes.
  • SPC training and ISO/TS-related training or experience.
  • Computer proficiency: Excel, Word, and Photoshop.
