At Nexperia Manchester we are now expanding our Semiconductor Process Engineering team where you will play a vital role within Diffusion Process Engineering technologies as a Senior Staff Engineer. In this role you will lead key continuous improvement projects as well as managing any escalated sustainment issues. This a great chance to develop your own skillset within Semiconductor Engineering by joining a highly skilled, dynamic and collaborative team working on key semiconductor manufacturing technologies.What you will doAs a Senior Staff Process Engineer, you will work with key manufacturing processes including furnacing, wafer cleaning, sputtering, passivation, evaporation and Rapid thermal processing.
You will spend most of your time leading key projects with a focus on wafer output, yield improvement, cost reduction and overall process capability.
