Job Description
Role :- Senior/Managing Surveyor\n\nA Tier 1 Main Contractor with a turnover of £150 million is currently looking for a Driven, motivated experienced Senior Surveyor who is looking for the next level to progress to. Our client is currently working with one of the most Iconic and a global brand who is seeking to establish their HQ in the heart of London.This iconic Project is valued over £100 million Cut & Carve Refurbishment with a high spec fit out over 11 floors. The key duties include\n\n * Procurement\n\n * 2 Stage tender\n\n * JCT D&B Traditional forms of contract\n\n * Managing a Team of 5-7 Surveyors\n\n * Contract Administration\n\n * Receiving and analysing tender submissions,\n\n * Full procurement of subcontract packages, materials and other resources including (preparing, implementing, and managing formal subcontracts under JCT, company standard and negotiated amended terms, measurement exercises\n\n * Pricing variations and other in-house works, preparing and submitting applications for payment, engrossment of collateral warrantee documentation,\n\n * Cost Value Reconciliation\n\n * Reporting\n\n * Budgeting, cost flow, cash flow,\n\n * Final accounting,\n\n * Delay analysis\n\n * Preparation and submission of contractual notices\n\n * Calculation of loss and expense\n\n * Assessment of subcontractor applications,\n\n * Raising and distributing payment notices in accordance with the Construction Act\n\nThe ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working for a Tier 1 Contractor working on a high End fit out valued over £15 million.
