Position Summary:
Consolidated Chassis Management (CCM) is hiring a Senior Manager of Salesforce Administration, Sales Process, and Data Analytics a key leadership role focused on scaling our commercial operations as we grow across the transportation and logistics industry.
We're looking for a strategic thinker and hands-on leader to spearhead the implementation and evolution of Salesforce CRM, drive sales process transformation, and deliver data-driven insights that improve performance across the commercial lifecycle. The ideal candidate brings a strong mix of technical CRM expertise, business acumen, and experience partnering across sales, marketing, finance, and IT.
This individual will play a critical role in advancing sales operations excellence, enabling data-informed decision-making, and aligning technology to support CCMs evolving go-to-market strategy
This position is located on-site in Rockaway, NJ.
Key Responsibilities:
Salesforce CRM Strategy & Administration
- Serve as the lead Salesforce administrator and internal champion, ensuring the platform supports business goals at scale.
- Customize and optimize Salesforce to manage lead tracking, pipeline health, contract workflows, and revenue reporting.
- Integrate Salesforce with core platforms (ERP, TMS, asset management) to enable a connected commercial ecosystem.
- Manage user roles, data integrity, system updates, and automated processes to drive high adoption and operational reliability.
- Lead CRM onboarding and ongoing training across departments, including sales, operations, and customer support.
Sales Process & Commercial Operations
- Design and continuously improve sales processes and workflows to drive efficiency and growth across new and existing business lines.
- Automate key stages of the sales cyclesuch as quoting, onboarding, and approvalsto increase deal velocity and reduce cycle time.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to eliminate friction points and enhance the end-to-end customer journey.
- Identify process gaps across RFPs, contracting, and implementation; develop scalable solutions to enable growth.
Data Analytics & Business Intelligence
- Create real-time dashboards and KPI tracking for areas like fleet utilization, market trends, pricing performance, and customer engagement.
- Deliver forecasting, pipeline analytics, and sales performance reporting to support executive decision-making.
- Analyze customer segments, pricing models, and contract performance to drive profitability and strategic focus.
- Report on key commercial metrics including win/loss rates, customer retention, and competitive trends.
- Work closely with finance and operations to align on revenue planning, resource optimization, and asset ROI.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Salesforce administration, sales operations, or commercial analytics within transportation, logistics, or supply chain.
- Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201) certification required; Advanced Admin or Sales Cloud Consultant certification .
- Deep understanding of transportation sectors such as intermodal, chassis leasing, fleet management, or freight logistics.
- Proficiency with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker, as well as strong Excel and/or SQL skills.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems such as TMS, WMS, or ERP platforms.
- Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience:
- Industry experience with ocean carriers, railroads, trucking firms, intermodal operators, or NVOCCs.
- Familiarity with transportation analytics, equipment optimization, or logistics cost modeling.
- Proven track record of leading CRM migrations, digital transformation projects, or automation initiatives.
- Understanding of transportation pricing, customer contracts, and regulatory requirements.
