About the Role:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in facilities engineering or automation within the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience in managing engineering teams and projects.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Experience with regulatory compliance in the pharmaceutical industry.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the facilities engineering team, providing guidance and support on engineering projects.
• Design, implement, and optimize automated systems to improve manufacturing processes and facility operations.
