Position Summary:
The Sr. Manager of Engineering will be responsible for leading a team of designers and drafters/estimatord to create high-quality designs and drawings for our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all designs meet the required specifications and standards. Your expertise in drafting and design will be crucial in ensuring the success of our manufacturing processes.

Essential Job Functions/Duties:

• Lead and manage a team of designers and drafters to create high-quality designs and drawings for our products

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all designs meet the required specifications and standards

• Develop and implement design and drafting standards and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency

• Provide technical guidance and support to team members to ensure that all designs are accurate and complete

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure that all deadlines are met

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Drafting, Design or related field

• 5+ years of experience in drafting and design

• 3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role

• Proficient in AUTO CAD software such as TITAN and other design tools

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Engineering, Drafting, Design or related field

• Experience in the Manufacturing industry

• Experience with 3D modeling software

• Experience with project management tools and methodologies

• Ability to resolve complex customer issues and enhance customer satisfaction
