Senior Manager - Energy Engineering

This role entails leading the energy engineering program by developing its strategy and overseeing the operation, maintenance, and repair of all utility systems, including mechanical, electrical, boiler, compressed air, and HVAC systems. Key responsibilities involve managing capital projects, executing preventative maintenance, and issuing maintenance contracts. The position also includes providing technical support and project management for facility planning and modifications, as well as selecting and coordinating with contractors for construction and renovation projects.

Furthermore, the role involves managing a team by setting objectives, evaluating performance, and coordinating maintenance work requests, which includes purchasing tools, materials, and spare parts. The individual will oversee construction project documentation, respond to urgent requests, conduct process audits, and ensure worksite cleanliness according to 5S3R standards.
