Job DescriptionJob Description

The Senior Maintenance Technician will primarily perform, oversee, assist, and train maintenance technicians on policy and procedures as well as ensuring general/preventive maintenance repairs are completed accurately and in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will help oversee multiple properties in their assigned areas.

Qualifications:

• History or experience in maintenance and/or related fields
• Frequent use of hand-held tools and equipment
• Strong work ethic, can meet deadlines and is detail-oriented
• Ability to handle large physical workload

Role and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overseeing all maintenance operations, as well as maintaining the responsibility of training for maintenance operations.
• Completion of daily assigned work orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Ability to perform building, electrical, painting and plumbing repairs.
• Maintains accurate inventory levels for existing inventory and equipment.
• Demonstrates ability to work independently, produce quality work and follow technical procedures while ensuring completion of tasks to meet established deadlines.
• Ability to interact effectively and in a business-like manner with other staff, , service workers, and others.

Additionally:

• It is necessary that the candidate has exceptional customer service, is highly motivated, organizational skills, excellent time management, and attention to detail.
• Our ideal candidate will have working knowledge of property management including: pools, boilers, painting, and possess strong leadership skills.

• $24-27/hr - Salary is based on experience + bonus options available
