Position Overview
The Senior Maintenance Technician is a key member of our maintenance team, dedicated to achieving the highest level of maintenance excellence in our industry. Key Responsibilities

• Perform a wide variety of tasks on heat-treating furnaces and support equipment, including mechanical, combustion, hydraulic, pneumatic, electric, and industrial controls.
• Promote and uphold company values, fostering a culture of accountability and safety.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules with production managers to minimize customer impact.
• Communicate effectively within the team and with other departments.
• Ensure accurate documentation, including packing lists, purchase orders, and payroll submissions.
• Perform all work in compliance with OSHA and best safety practices. Be accountable for your own safety and the safety of others.
• Maintain the operation and appearance of maintenance equipment and facilities, setting an example for other departments.
• Show initiative and grow in various areas, including all trades listed above, leadership, computer skills, and heat-treating knowledge.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; technical certifications .
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in reading, math, and mechanical reasoning.
• Proven experience in multiple key areas of maintenance.

Qualifications

• Potential or experience in leading teams.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and environmental compliance.
• Experience with industrial controls, including PLCs.

 Physical Demands

• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry objects up to 50 lbs.
• Regular walking, standing, stooping, bending, climbing, and kneeling.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures, both hot and cold, and in a physically demanding environment.
