The Senior Maintenance Project Engineer
· Is accountable to the Senior Director of Advanced Manufacturing to provide technical support and procedural oversight to CentroMotion maintenance departments to achieve operating plans and performance objectives defined by the Maintenance Steering Committee.
· Is responsible for expanding the Global Maintenance Strategy (GMS) program and procedures at all global facilities
· Leads the implementation, standardization, use and support of eMaint MMS (Maintenance Management System).
· Introduce and disseminate engineered activities and tasks for Autonomous Maintenance (AM), Preventive Maintenance (PM), Predictive Maintenance (PdM) and Spare Part Management (MRO)
· Responsible for developing, deploying and monitoring maintenance Key Process Indicators. Work with Maintenance teams to improve and sustain performance to stated KPI’s.
· May support other Advanced Manufacturing projects as required
GMS Program:
· Ensure consistent use of eMaint MMS for Work Order management, PM scheduling, metric reporting, asset numbering, spare part management and technical aspects of repair processes or procedures at all CentroMotion locations.
· Establish strong relationships with all Maintenance Managers, Maintenance Planners/Schedulers, Maintenance Technicians and manufacturing personnel who interface with eMaint MMS.
· Maintain an understanding of current maintenance technologies and trends. Work to incorporate new strategies to improve CentroMotion’s maintenance program.
· Develop maintenance processes in accordance with published safety procedures, such as Lock Out/Tag Out (LOTO), Contractor Management and Fall Protection, etc
· Develop MRO and Spare Part guidelines for inventory, usage and cost tracking
· Maintain CentroMotion Maintenance SharePoint Site for Procedures, Standards, Work Instructions and equipment maintenance data
· Develop a comprehensive understanding of the MMS system and provide total plant support for installation, operation, training and troubleshooting – become CentroMotion’s Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Maintenance Compliance:
· Responsible to fully implement, utilize and support eMaint MMS use
· Standardize maintenance processes and data collection techniques needed for KPI performance reporting
· Schedule and lead monthly meetings to review maintenance performance metrics, procedure compliance/training and significant events, etc
· Develop and maintain metric reporting dashboards
· Assist in providing solutions to equipment downtime and problem resolution

Qualifications:
Education:
· BS IE, ME, EE or similar engineering degree
· 10 years’ experience working in a manufacturing environment
· 5 years in a senior-level maintenance engineering or facilities leadership role
:
· Leading initiatives within multi-site or global manufacturing environment
· Knowledge of Preventive and Predictive maintenance techniques for program development/improvement
· Familiar with maintenance processes and Maintenance Management Systems
· Knowledge of Inventory Management
· Strong oral and written communication skills
· Read and interpret equipment schematics
· AutoCAD use
Experience and/or Training:
· Progressive growth with history of increasing leadership roles or levels of responsibility
· Knowledge of Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Autonomous, Preventive, and Predictive (AM/PM/PdM) maintenance techniques
· Ability to develop concisely written procedures, work instructions, specifications
· Knowledge of manufacturing processes and capabilities
· Review, interpret and use data to drive improvement/change
· Microsoft Excel proficient
Travel Requirements:
- 25% (normal), up to 50% may be required at times
