Shift Pattern: 06:00 - 18:00

Week 1: Wed-Sat Week 2: Thurs-Sat

As a Senior Maintenance Engineer, you'll be the technical lead on your shift, responsible for:



Performing planned and reactive maintenance on production and packaging machinery

Leading on fault-finding and diagnostics - with a strong multiskilled focus (electrical bias ideal)

Working closely with production and site teams to drive equipment efficiency and uptime

Championing continuous improvement and contributing to engineering projects

Ensuring all work meets H&S and food safety standards

Supporting and mentoring colleagues, creating a proactive, reliable shift cultureWhat You'll Need:



A background in food/FMCG manufacturing

Proven experience in a senior or lead engineer position

A strong multiskilled engineering profile, ideally with PLC knowledge (Allen Bradley or Siemens a bonus)
